ABOUT US
Pagiano del Ruggeri is a 4 star rated agriturismo (farmhouse) and an organic farm producing olive oil since 1984,
situated among the green hills of Maremma in Tuscany.
A place ruled by peace and nature.
We have only two apartments available for holiday rentals in the whole compound. They are both newly renovated and totally independent from the main building where the owner resides.
Apartments with a view.
From both the apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the green hills of Tuscany, all the way to the sea.
The first apartment used to be the old barn, which has been reconverted into a detached house and consists of a large living room and dining area with a big fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds (max 4 people), a bathroom with washing machine and a pretty terrace with panoramic views.
The second apartment used to be the ancient stable, it is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living area with TV, equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob), WI-FI, one double bedroom and another bedroom with one single bed (max 3 people), a bathroom (disabled accessible) with washing machine, independent heating (pellet stove), a lovely private patio with panoramic views.

If you will decide to stay with us you will have the large swimming pool all to yourself plus access to a small private garden with a patio and a table. Covered secure parking is available at the property. From here you will reach the seaside within 30 minutes drive. We are pet-friendly!
During June, July, August and September the apartment will only be available for weekly rentals,
from Saturday to Saturday.

The sea is roughly 35 km away: Castiglion della Pescaia, Punta Ala, Follonica e Monte Argentario
